1/16 whole ride TSS65 1:05:00 33.5km ave.227W NP250W ave.174bpm

Probably many people have seen on the internet that if you can keep 30km/h, you arent a newbie anymore. So I chose a fairly flat road and tried it out. The problem is that it doesnt say how long you need to keep 30km/h, so I figured 1 hour is good enough. I didnt look at power so much but watched my cadence and speed. It wasnt as easy as I thought but not so difficult either.

I always feel better after I write down what I feel. Please just skim through them.

1/17 raced on zwift(B) 3rd/12 TSS73 41:23 27km ave266W NP275W ave181bpm ave89rpm

Lately I focus on my cadence so that it doesnt drop below 90. I feel like 92-103rpm is my sweet spot. I can feeel my legs when it goes below 88. but for some reason my ave for today and yesterday were both 89rpm.
I did my best for 40-45min ave power so I guess that was not bad. I hope going to "Igaueno" is working for me.

1/18 diet ride TSS57 + diet run 6km

It is so easy to over eat in winter and noticed that I was getting fat.(over75kg)The bad part is that my power hasnt went up. Maybe I gained some meaningless muscle from weight training or Im still not using the additional muscle.
But the number one problem is that my butt hurts. I got so irritated and went running instead.
It said on the internet that you can calculate the calories for running by multiplying weight and distance(km). I hopee thats true.
